Updating your information on the New interactive Excel Access list is very simple, just follow these steps:
Step 1.- To enter the list of names, you need to click on the Blue button that you´ll find right after last step below, but before clicking on it, read carefully the following graphic instructions here, illustrating the relevant parts of the pages you will interact with. Please bear in mind that these pages will display in your own local language; the examples below are in Spanish, the way they are displayed when accessing the website in i.e. Mexico.
Step 2.- Access to the Excel sheet with addresses is given after clicking the Blue button; it takes you to a shared space (OneDrive) where you'll see the PED15's Excel Icon (Compartido = Shared); this picture on the left shows how it looks the PED15's Icon to Access the Address book. Once you are there, place your cursor on the Excel Icon and click on it to open the Excel document.
Step 3.- When clicking on the PED15's Excel Icon above, you will enter the Address book itself, where you find our names listed in the format of an Excel file. Seeing the list of names here doesn't mean you can edit yours yet. To be able to make any changes on the list, you need to click on the EDIT tab, just above column A as seen on the picture, here you see it in Spanish (EDITAR EN EL EXPLORADOR), but you will get it in the local language where you are accessing MyPED15 Site.
Step 4.- Click on the "EDIT ......" tab, (as shown in the picture above) and you will enter the list that can be edited); the picture below shows you how it looks when you reach it; then locate the row where your information is placed to edit your data. The file functions just like a regular Excel file to write in the cells. You can erase, modify or enter your new data as needed.
This is how the top left part of the Excel file looks like, where you can make your changes on your corresponding A, B, C, D, and E columns.
Step 5.- After updating your corresponding cells, just close the Excel page on your browser by clicking on the x mark on the right of the PED's.xlsx tab - Microsoft Excel...; your changes on the Excel Web Application will be saved automatically.
Step 6.- To close the entire (OneDrive) Address book after your changes are done, just click on the x mark on the upper right hand corner of the PED15 Adress book - One...., and you'll be taken back to MyPED15 Website.
